Contact and Transport Inquiries
If you use the inquiry form or email, CTJ processes your contact details as well as the information you submitted regarding cargo, route and date. The purpose is the review and processing of your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR for other business communication. The data is deleted once the inquiry has been conclusively processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
